Prevention First is a non-profit agency dedicated to strengthening the foundations of children and families by empowering them to successfully handle difficult, everyday life situations and extraordinary challenges such as violence and substance abuse. Prevention First is committed to a multi-faceted, culturally- and societal-diverse approach to vision implementation through community outreach, providing targeted, influential programs for all residents of Monmouth County, especially those in greatest need including: advocacy, prevention education, professional certification training, information and referral, technical assistance, program development, research, and coalition-building/collaboration.
